Refund Policy – SMILE

Thank you for shopping with SMILE. We want you to feel confident with your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, please review our policy below.

Returns

We accept returns within 60 days of receiving your order.

Because our products are consumable oral care items that are applied directly in the mouth, they are sealed for reasons of hygiene and health protection.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unopened and unused, with the original seal intact
  • The product must be in essentially unchanged condition
  • Original packaging and any included accessories should be returned

Important: For hygiene and health reasons, products cannot be returned or refunded once the seal has been broken or the packaging has been opened. This does not affect your rights in the case of a product that is damaged or defective on arrival.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your return.

Refunds

Once your return has been received, inspected, and approved, your refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method.

  • Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

Unclaimed Packages

If a package is not collected and is returned to us, it is not considered a valid return.

In such cases, your order will be refunded minus a fee of 250 SEK (or equivalent in your local currency) to cover shipping, return, and handling costs.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different item, please return your product (if eligible) and place a new order.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the product

If approved, we will offer either:

  • A replacement product, or
  • A full refund

We will cover return shipping costs in these cases.
