Because our products are consumable oral care items applied directly in the mouth, they are sealed for reasons of hygiene and health protection. For this reason, products cannot be returned once the packaging has been opened.
We strive to provide accurate product descriptions, but we do not guarantee that all information on the website is entirely error-free or complete.
Orders and Payment
By placing an order, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method. Payments are processed through a secure payment gateway.
Prices may change without prior notice, and applicable taxes may be added depending on your location. Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email.
If we are unable to fulfill your order for any reason, we will notify you and issue a full refund where applicable.
Shipping and Delivery

For reasons of hygiene and health protection, our products are sealed on delivery. If the seal has been broken or the packaging has been opened, the product cannot be returned or refunded. This does not affect your statutory rights in the case of a product that is defective or damaged on arrival.
Returns are only accepted for unopened products in their original, sealed packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and refunds are only issued after the returned item has been received, inspected, and approved.
Account

Unclaimed Packages
If you fail to collect your package and it is returned to us, this will not be considered a valid return.
We will issue a refund with a deduction of 25 EUR to cover shipping, return handling, and administrative costs.
The right of withdrawal only applies if you collect your package and return it according to our return policy. Please note that, for hygiene reasons, the right of withdrawal does not apply to products where the seal has been broken after delivery.
